HOW TO ADAPT
TO THE future

To master the art of adapting, we must learn from three key domains: Tech, Green and Youth. Let me explain how

TECH
GREEN
YOUTH

AI AND EMERGING TECHNOLOGY

Just as Shazam transformed the music industry, GenAI will transform business beyond recognition within 10 years. The question is: how will we transform ourselves? The key is embracing uncertainty: learning to be good at what we aren’t doing yet. Drawing on decades of experience, I share my proven methods for re-inventing business and building lasting success.

climate action

Ever since I heard Al Gore speak in 2009, I have been an advocate for climate action. As an active climate investor, I believe that we are at an inflection point to transform our planet.  Any business which believes in sustainability can seize this huge opportunity. I reveal how companies can co-create breakthroughs in their transition to a greener future.

WORKFORCE OF THE FUTURE

Working at Save the Children, I developed a deep belief in the power of youth.  I am also a board Director of MeVitae which helps companies avoid unconscious bias in their recruitment. The workforce of the future will be more diverse, inclusive, and powered by augmented intelligence. Conventional thinking just won’t work: I discuss how adopt an explorer’s mindset and collaborate across generations.

LET ME ENTERTAIN YOU

Imagine you are having a chat about the future with a friend: that’s my style. I love providing a fresh perspective by telling stories from the change-makers of tomorrow. Asking better questions leads to better answers - something machines can’t do for us.  I hope to leave you with a smile on your face, and smiling in your mind.
